Please note that the Homeowners Association (HOA) Office is separate from the HGRD Administration Office. The HOA handles things that are related directly to your home such as: Cable & Internet, Gatehouse & Security, and the roads within the community. While they have distinctly separate organizational structures and functions, the HGRD and HOA cooperate for the benefit of our community in a number of ways.
